Stephan revolved his early life around creativity, transferring his skills from his fine art and photography studies in school and sixth form to Animation and Visual Effects at university. After graduating, he spearheaded a department with an average turnover of £15 million at a large retailer as a stock and inventory supervisor and was responsible for leading his team by example to this success. With this experience, Stephan decided to explore a new path in his career and joined the Møller Institute in 2023. He utilises his strengths and skills learned from his previous role, particularly in process management and his interest in leadership. Stephan now supports the Executive Education team in coordinating and delivering leadership programmes and continues to refine processes to ensure the best programmes are delivered for Møller’s clients and participants.
In his own time, Stephan studies Artificial Intelligence as a specialisation of a Cloud Practitioner for Amazon Webservices. He also enjoys writing, socialising, learning new skills, and has a passion for helping people.
