Rachel is an experienced executive coach dedicated to helping high achievers in professional services firms (PSFs) maximise their contribution to business and society. She enables leaders to develop greater self-awareness, authenticity, and agility, equipping them to sustain high performance in complex organisations. With over 20 years of coaching experience, she has worked extensively with partners and senior managers in law firms and global corporations, supporting them in navigating leadership transitions, building strong client relationships, and enhancing their resilience.

Rachel has designed and delivered global leadership development programmes and worked with clients across Europe, North America, and Asia. Her client portfolio includes Magic Circle law firms, MUFG Bank, Netflix, and other leading organisations.

Rachel holds a BSc Hons in Psychology and an MSc in Executive Coaching. She is accredited as a Senior Practitioner by EMCC Global and holds further accreditation with the International Coaching Federation. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, she is also accredited by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Additionally, she is a qualified psychometric tester for MBTI, FIRO-B, OPQ, and Hay Leadership Styles, enabling her to provide evidence-based insights into leadership effectiveness.
