As the driving force behind the Møller Institute’s open programme portfolio, Rachel designs diverse and dynamic learning initiatives. She is particularly focused on the Institute’s coaching programmes to expand the impact of coaching across organisations. Since joining the Møller Institute in 2018 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Rachel has demonstrated a consistent trajectory of growth and impact. She transitioned into the Executive Education Team as a Programme Manager before advancing through several roles to specialise in impactful programme and education design.
Throughout her career, Rachel has worked alongside senior stakeholders to design and deliver bespoke programmes for both private and public organisations, always ensuring that professional development is not just educational but also engaging and future-focused. She is passionate about empowering individuals on their professional and continuous learning journeys, fostering impactful and sustainable growth. As a qualified coach, Rachel holds an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and a certificate in Neuroscience for Coaches.
Prior to joining the Møller Institute, Rachel gained valuable experience at Anglia Ruskin University and Dale Carnegie Training where she supported learning and development initiatives and led development workshops. A qualified yoga instructor with a diploma in mindfulness, Rachel brings a holistic perspective to her work, blending her expertise in education with a deep understanding of personal well-being and growth.
