Over the last 30 years Mike has designed and led professional development to over 55 thousand professionals in 450 corporations and professional service firms. He specialises in leadership and client development and strategy development and implementation.
Originally a professional violinist and pianist, Mike’s expertise and research focuses on breakthrough results; combining the psychology of individual high performance and the enablers in organisational development. He has coached many professionals, executives, teams and divisions to consistently perform at their best and create high performance cultures.
Prior to working with the Møller Institute, Mike ran his own firm with a team who developed over 250k professionals over 30 years from professional services. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School.
