In 2013, Kelly Lawrenson started her journey at the Møller Institute as a Client Relationship Manager.
With previous experience as a Conference Administrator at Downing College and an Event Manager at Queens’ College, Kelly brings over 20 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, including 17 years specifically in events.
She also holds a WSET Level 2 qualification in Wines and Spirits, showcasing her dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
Kelly is responsible for the entire customer journey. Her responsibilities include building strong client relationships, assisting with the negotiations on space utilisation, planning both on and off-site activities, and liaising with operational staff to exceed client expectations.
A significant milestone in her journey at the Møller Institute was being recognised as the Employee of the Year, an award which celebrated her outstanding contributions and dedication to her role.
