Katharine Grisham joined the Møller Institute team back in 2010 and is passionate about delivering a first class service to her clients and colleagues.
Having joined initially as an event planner, progressing to co-ordinate the team, and now seeking and developing new relationships, she has a breadth of knowledge to know what makes an amazing event.
Within her role, Katharine Grisham develops and manages client relationships across multiple business sectors, ensuring each client’s unique needs and priorities are met, ensuring a great experience.
With 20 years of previous customer service experience, working for Lloyds Banking Group, in various roles, including Client Manager within International Banking, Wealth Management, Customer Service Centre Manager within Commercial Banking, clients are always her number one priority.
A highlight of Katharine’s journey at the Møller Institute is being part of an award-winning team that has achieved prestigious distinctions such as M&IT Gold, BDRC awards, and the Queen’s Award for International Business.
