Gillian has a passion for values-based leadership, enabling high performance teams to deliver excellent results. She works to develop leaders and aspiring leaders to maximise their impact to benefit the organisations in which they work, as well as society as a whole.
A qualified business coach, Gillian trained with Meyler Campbell and the Coaches Training Institute of California and now supports our coach training on the Cambridge Advanced Executive Coaching Programme.
As the Chief Executive of the Møller Institute from 1998-2020 Gillian led the strategy, growth and creation of the Institute from its early years to its current standing of international reach and reputation for delivering high impact leadership development and executive education programmes and as a residential meetings and conference venue of excellence.
Gillian has a Master of Studies degree in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
In April 2020 Gillian joins the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership as a Portfolio Director.
