Andy has a solid background and experience in customer service, first-line support, and programme management. He is responsible for programme delivery and customer service management to ensure executive education programmes are delivered to the highest standard. Before programmes, Andy collaborates with external stakeholders and suppliers to plan and provide tailored solutions for customised programmes for new and existing clients. He supports the participants and contributors while in the training programme and resolves complex problems that may arise. Andy also assists in health and safety for offsite visits and the production of specific course materials for each programme. After programmes, he produces, collects, and analyses the programme feedback to benchmark and assesses the impact of learning. Andy is a native Chinese speaker, and he can provide on-site translation and interpreting as required. Andy holds an MSc in Computing and IT.
