Working to help keep our global clients resilient, adaptive and successful during and beyond the Covid-19 crisis
Wherever you are we hope that you and your loved ones are in good health, safe and coping in these challenging times.
Three high-level updates from us to you
- Support of Addenbrooke’s Hospital staff during our temporary closure
- Helping leadership teams deal with Covid-19 challenges and ambiguity
- We’ll meet again – preparation and planning
Following our initial Covid-19 update, we wanted to share a brief high-level update of how the team at Møller Institute has continued to live up to our Customer Promise of keeping you, our clients, at the heart of everything we do whilst renewing our offerings to allow you to adapt and continue to thrive.
Møller Institute is as safe, responsible and inspirational as ever and as soon as the Government’s advice allows, and you are ready, we can confidently welcome you physically back to what you will remember as an oasis of serenity.
Our three key updates are below, including how we can and have worked with clients remotely on their leadership development and talent engagement.
1. Support of Addenbrooke’s Hospital staff during our temporary closure
During the period we are temporarily closed for conferencing and events our on-site bedrooms are being used to provide much needed accommodation to key workers from Addenbrooke’s Hospital. The entire Møller Institute team are immensely proud to have supported these NHS heroes at such a challenging time, and it was a moving moment when on Thursday 30 April we illuminated the iconic Møller Institute Tower with blue lights and the NHS logo to thank and acknowledge the incredible work of the NHS and all key workers.
2. Helping leadership teams deal with Covid-19 challenges and ambiguity
Our team of programme managers, programme directors, Associates and contributors have continued to deliver an incredible amount of executive education work remotely. This has helped support leadership teams to deal with the severe impact and challenges that the global pandemic has thrown at them as well as look for opportunities for post-Covid transformation.
In the pre-Covid world we already delivered a blend of face-to-face programmes both in Cambridge and in-company, as well as online learning. During lockdown we have adapted and redesigned elements of clients’ leadership development programmes to allow for real time remote access for participants, and provided new and relevant online learning materials – pod-conversations; webcasts; online coaching and many other elements and inputs as required to support clients continue with their leadership learning and development.
Our Executive Education team is pleased to offer FREE advice on how we can help you design the most successful leadership programmes that could include both delivering to your UK-based teams, whilst also streaming or delivering remotely to your global offices.
3. We’ll meet again – preparation and planning
The experienced Møller Institute team have always ensured that your safety is at the heart of everything we do. We have revisited and updated our comprehensive customer care plans and are ready, when the time is right, to physically welcome you back.
When it comes to social distancing, we have the advantage of being a very large purpose-built leadership development institute, surrounded by outdoor space with very flexible meeting rooms and break-out zones. Our room capacities have been re-worked based on latest guidelines and constantly reviewed.
Our meeting rooms are fully-equipped with the very latest technology and the team have the technological know-how to support you, your local and international teams to meet face-to-face, virtually or in a seamless combination of both.
The welcome will be as warm as ever, the inspirational environment as spotless as ever, the food as innovative as ever. We will continue to deliver the highest standard of customer service and the team are determined to rise to the new challenges and build on our reputation of offering the premium environment in Cambridge for learning, meetings, conferences and events.
