Change Leadership
It is a cliché to say that the world is changing faster than we have the capacity to manage it, but that doesn’t make it untrue. The Møller Institute develops leaders and organisations who not only keep pace with change but have the ability to run ahead of it and drive the conditions for tomorrow.
Change is either chosen or thrust upon you – but regardless of its origins, the way in which leaders respond to it is the key factor in failing or succeeding. The confidence to step up, the humility to listen and self-awareness of action are just some of the traits needed to be an effective change leader. Organisations that respond through building alignment, creating positive followership, and managing the journey to implementation are equally equipping themselves to successfully lead change.
