Get to know our new Programme Designer
What is your previous job experience?
Education has always been my passion, and I’ve dedicated over 15 years to it.
Starting as a School Psychologist and Psychological Counsellor, I developed programmes to improve communication skills and supported teachers with educational coaching. Later, as a Senior Lecturer of Psychology at HSE University, I integrated transformative learning and constructivist approaches into my teaching. More recently, I’ve been a Learning Designer at an online school, managing cross-functional teams to create psychology and soft skills courses that significantly enhanced student engagement and outcomes.
Do you have any academic achievements?
I hold a PhD in Developmental Psychology and Educational Research from La Sapienza University in Rome, Italy. My doctoral research focused on psychological safety in schools, specifically the psychometric properties of a questionnaire designed to measure educational security among students aged 12-14 in both Russia and Italy.
Throughout my PhD journey, I published three academic papers on psychological wellbeing, contributing valuable insights to the field of mental health and education. The questionnaire developed as part of my research is now widely used in Italy, supporting professionals in their work with students and those facing psychological challenges.
