About the role

Responsible for cleaning designated public areas throughout the Institute to the agreed standards. To actively engage with our clients, exceeding their expectations and ensuring all aspects of the customer journey are effectively delivered.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours – full time, working between the hours of 22:00 and 07:30, including some weekends
Salary
: £24,296 per annum

Key responsibilities

  • To ensure that the agreed standards of service, cleanliness, hygiene and security are maintained in all areas.
  • To be available to attend to customers needs and ensure the highest standards of customer care at all times.
  • To maintain effective and timely communication with the night team.
  • Through training ensure the safe, correct and economical use of equipment and cleaning materials.
  • To ensure all back of house areas including cleaning stores, linen room, trolleys and materials are kept tidy at all times.
  • Report any maintenance faults to the Front of House Manager/Supervisor immediately to ensure the guest experience is not impacted.

Ideal candidate

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous although not essential as full training will be provided.
